Moore - Mr. Billy L. Moore, 64, resident of North Charleston, SC entered into eternal rest on the morning of Thursday, May 5, 2022.  He was the beloved father of; Nakia Mitchell, Billy Bennett, Ricardo Bennett, Joshua Moore, and Vernisha Moore, grandchildren, his siblings; Mrs. Janet M. Wiggins, Mr. Rodney Moore, Mrs. Jacqueline M. Green (Lawrence), Mr. Walter "Scotty" Scott (Jennifer), and Mrs. Stacey M. Royal (Anthony), nieces, nephews, aunts; Mrs. Mozella Meyers, and Mrs. Claudia Bryant, cousins, other relatives and friends are invited to attend His Celebration of Life service which will be held on Saturday, May 14, 2022, at 12 Noon, at Mt.
