CHARLESTON –Mrs. Charlotte Carlotta Keels entered into eternal rest on Sunday morning, March 20, 2022, a resident of Charleston, SC. She is the sister of; Mrs. Litharnia Keels-Gordon and Mrs. Gardenia Keels-Seabrook. Charlotte is a retired educator in the Charleston County school system.
