N. Charleston - Judge- Della Frasier Judge, 81, of North Charleston, SC entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, December 1, 2021. She was the beloved wife of the late Willie Judge. She was preceded in death by her parents; Willie and Christina Frasier, siblings; Jessie Deas, Hattie Mae Frasier, Curly Dukes, Carol Lee Frasier, Shirley Frasier, Jadie Frasier, and Charlie Frasier, nieces; Geraldine Dukes, and Daisy Simmons, nephews; William Dukes, Albert Dukes, Leroy Frasier, Willmott Frasier, and Willie Frasier. She is survived by her nieces; Diana Frasier, Rosemary Dukes, Debra Frasier, Barbara Moultrie (Harry), other relatives, and friends.

The relatives and friends of Mrs. Della Frasier Judge are invited to attend her walk through on Tuesday, December 7, 2021, from 5:00PM-7:00PM at Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church, 5885 Rivers Avenue, North Charleston, SC 29406.  Her Celebration of Life service will be held on Wednesday, December 8, 2021, 11:00 am at Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church, 5885 Rivers Avenue, North Charleston, SC 29406, Rev. Dr. Timothy R.
