North Charleston - Simmons- Mrs. Dorothy Elizabeth Simmons entered into eternal rest on Sunday, August 22, 2021.  She was the beloved mother of; Raymond L. Grant (Carolyn) and Randolph B. Simmons (Mayumi), her siblings; Enids Grant and Rosabell Fludd, two special grands; April Nelson and Amber Spruill, other relatives, and friends.
