Simmons, Sr., and Mrs. Lena Simmons, his wife; The late Mrs. Betty Jean Simmons, siblings; Mr. Stephen Simmons (Rolene), Mr. Jerome Simmons (Jacqueline), Mr. Woodrow Simmons, of Atlanta, GA, Mrs. Thelma Simmons Roberts (Joseph), Mrs. Laverne Smalls (The late Booker), and Ms. Carlethia Simmons, of Irmo, SC., his late brother Mr. Jonathan Simmons and sister Lucille Dennis, nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, other relatives, and friends.

The relatives and friends of Mr. Fred D. Simmons, Jr., are invited to attend his walk through on Tuesday evening, February 1, 2022, from 6:00PM-7:00PM in the funeral home chapel.
