Don't grieve for me for now I'm free, I'm following the path God laid for me I took his hand when I heard him call, I turned my back and left it all, I could not stay another day, t o laugh, to love, to work or play, t asks left undone must stay that way, I've found that peace at the close of day, If my parting has left a void,t hen fill it with remembered joy, A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss, Ah yes, these things I too will miss

It's with deep sadness and heavy hearts, we announce the passing of a son, brother, father, uncle, and friend, Mr. Harold Jerome King, Sr. ,67, of North Charleston, SC transition from labor to reward on Thursday. November 2, 2023. He was proceeded in death by his parents; Elder Jessie King, Jr. and Missionary Elizabeth White-King, and a brother, Mr. Willis King.

He leaves to cherish his fond memories, a son, Quinn King, his siblings; John King, Sydney King, Michael King, Jessie King III, Apostle W. Leonard King, Mrs. Cassandra King-Bryant, Deborah Belo, aunt, Elder Melvina King-Oneal,  nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends are invited to attend his Celebration of Life services on Saturday, November 11, 2023 at 11:00AM, Faith Tabernacle Church of Zion, 5667 Dorchester Road, North Charleston, SC 29405, Apostle W. Leonard King, Chief Celebrant, Inhumation Private.  A viewing will be on Friday, November 10, 2023, from 5:00-8:00PM in the funeral home chapel.   Due to COVID-19; everyone is required to wear a face mask and practice social distancing.
