Frasier- Mr . Isaac Lee Frasier, 50, a resident of Mount Pleasant, SC entered into eternal rest on Sunday, November 27, 2022.  He was the son of the Late Ernest Lee Frasier and Mrs. Catherine B. Frasier.  He was proceeded in death by his father, Ernest Lee Frasier, two brothers, Sylvester Frasier and Ernest Lee Frasier, Jr.  He leaves to cherish his memories; one daughter, Tanjeniquia Vines (Javon), one granddaughter, Aleah Vines, a loving and devoted mother, Mrs. Catherine B. Frasier, siblings: Joseph Frasier, Willie Frasier, Andrew Frasier (Debra), Aldonie Frasier, Syllester Smalls, Eleatha Watson (Kenneth), Ricky Frasier, Harold B.(Martha), Marion Bonneau, Shirley Wright, Joyce Smith (Carl), a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends, and a special friend, Renee Johnson.

The relatives and friends of Mr . Isaac Lee Frasier are invited to attend his walk through on Friday, December 2, 2022, in North Area Funeral Home Chapel, 4784 Gaynor Avenue, North Charleston, SC 29405, from 6:00PM-8:00PM.  His Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2022, at 11:00 AM, in North Area Funeral Home Chapel, 4784 Gaynor Avenue, North Charleston, SC 29405.  Mr. Frasier will be laid to rest in Mount Pleasant Memorial Gardens, 1308 Mathis Ferry Rd, Mt Pleasant, SC 29464 Due to COVID-19; everyone is required to wear a face mask and practice social distancing.
