Fields- Deacon Johnny Fields, 73, resident of Ladson, SC entered into eternal rest on Thursday, May 12, 2022.  He leaves to cherish his precious memories to his beloved wife; Deaconess Donna w. Fields, those of his children; Mrs. Stacy Fields-Rivera and Deacon Quincy Fields, other relatives, and friends.

Out of the abundance of CoVID-19 precaution, the Celebration of Life for Deacon Johnny Fields will be as follow:  A short, private funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 17, 2022, at 11:00AM at Ashely Missionary Baptist Church, 4871 Ashely Phosphate Road, North Charleston, SC 29405. The funeral service is only for immediate family (to include Ashely Missionary Baptist Church Family).  Deacon Fields will be laid to rest in Sunset Memorial Gardens, 2915 Ashely Phosphate Road, North Charleston, SC 29418, (a Public Graveside Burial). No Repast!!! A Public Viewing will be held on Monday, May 16, 2022, 5:00PM-8:00PM, in North Area Funeral Home chapel, 4784 Gaynor Avenue, North Charleston, SC. 29405.  Due to COVID-19; everyone is required to wear a face mask and practice social distancing.  Arrangements by NORTH AREA FUNERAL HOME, 4784 Gaynor Avenue, North Charleston, SC.
