North Charleston - Salter - Mr. Joshua "Jigga" Nathaniel Salter passed away on Tuesday, March 30, 2021. He was the beloved son of; Mr. Samuel Nathaniel Salter, Jr. (Kim), his mom; Mrs. Elon Miree Salter (Cedric Crawford), step-father Mr. Curtis Gates, his siblings: Samuel R. Salter III, Darrell Richard, Destiny Salter, Christopher Gates, and Tempest Gates; aunts: Lisa R. Collyear(Michael), Jacqueline Mays(Cedric), Flavelia M. Salter, Lennie L. Gary, Carmelitta D. Lilly, and Leslie Edwards(Ernest),nephews; Antoine W. Salter, Christian A. Mack, Braylin L. Salter, and Noah K. Gates, grand-parents; Samuel N. Salter, Sr., Earaylene Salter, and Edra P. Gates, uncles, aunts, other relatives and friends.

The relatives and friends of Mr. Joshua Nathaniel Salter are invited to attend his walk through on Friday, April 9, 2021 from 4:00PM-7:00PM in the funeral home chapel.  His Celebration of Life service on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at 11:00 am at North Area Funeral Home.  He will be laid to rest in  Plantation Memorial Gardens, 3345 S Live Oak Drive Moncks Corner, SC 29461.  Due to COVID-19; everyone is required to wear a face mask and practice social distancing.  Arrangements by NORTH AREA FUNERAL HOME, 4784 Gaynor Ave, N.
