It's with profound sadness and heavy hearts, the Management and Staff of North Area Funeral Home along with the Doctor family announces the passing of Mr. Julius Doctor, of North Charleston, SC who departed this life on Monday, April 14, 2025. He was a beloved husband, father, brother, friend, and dedicated member of Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church.
T he most precious memories of Mr. Julius Doctor will resound in the life of his loving wife, Barbara Jean Doctor, his two devoted sons, Terrence T. Doctor and Julius Keith Doctor, grandchildren, great grandchildren, those of his siblings, William Doctor (Darlene), Ezekiel Doctor (Beatrice), Rose Marie Stevens, Patrica Gross-Ferguson (George), and Laverne Rivers (Rodney), a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A walk-though will take place on Friday, April 18, 2024, from 6:00PM-8:00PM, at Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church, 5885 Rivers Avenue, North Charleston, SC 29405. His Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, April 19, 2025, 11:00AM, at Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church, 5885 Rivers Avenue, North Charleston, SC 29405, Rev. Dr. Timothy R. Simmons, Sr., Pastor. Mr. Julius Doctor will be laid to rest in Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery. Please keep the Doctor family in your prayers during their time of bereavement.
