It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that the Management and Staff of North Area Funeral Home along with the Wrighten family regretfully announce the peaceful passing of a loving daughter, sister, aunt, and friend Kabriel "Kabby" Rikia Helen Wrighten of North Charleston, SC peacefully departed this life on Friday, August 28, 2026. The beloved daughter of the Late Richard R. Wrighten, Sr., and the Late Bernadette Wrighten.

Kabriel will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved her. She lived a life rooted in love and faith, placing her trust in God through every season. Her legacy will live on through her family and friends.

The most precious memories of Kabriel "Kabby" Rikia Helen Wrighten will forever resonate in the lives of her siblings, Kelcia Thornton, Siporia R. Wrighten, Shuneca Harrington, Bernard T. Thornton, Jr., and Richard R. Wrighten, Jr., nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life Service will take place on Saturday, September 5, 2026, 11:00 AM at Royal Baptist Church, 4761 Luella Avenue, North Charleston, SC 29405, Rev. Dr. Isaac Holt, Jr, Pastor.
