It's with profound sadness and heavy hearts that the Management and Staff of North Area Funeral Home along with the Johnson family announces the passing of Mr. Ned Johnson 73, of North Charleston, SC, who passed away on Saturday, October 12. 2024.

The most precious memories of Mr. Johnson will resound in the life of his wife, Mary Lee Johnson, son, Tyrone Johnson and five step children, his parents, William and Dorothy Wade Johnson, siblings; Violder Val Polite (James), Min, Bertha Gibson (Grady), Jessie Nevels (Nathan), Martha Ann Johnson, Joann Green, John Johnson(Tina), Thomas Johnson (Sharon), and Allen Johnson (Ayesha), nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A viewing will be held on Friday, October 25, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the funeral home chapel. His Celebration of Life Service will take place on Saturday, October 26, 2024, at 12:00 PM at North Area Funeral Home, 4784 Gaynor Avenue, North Charleston, SC 29405. Interment Private.
