It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that the Management and Staff of North Area Funeral Home along with the  Encarnacion family regretfully announce the peaceful passing of a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend Patricia A. Encarnacion of North Charleston, SC peacefully departed this life on Wednesday, September 2, 2026.

Patricia strength was matched by her kindness and her unwavering love in God, her family and friends. With a beautiful smile and a caring spirit, she brought comfort, warmth, and wisdom to those around her. May her legacy live on through family and friends, she will be deeply missed by all who loved her.

The most precious memories of Patricia A. Encarnacion will forever resonate in the lives of her daughter, Gena T. Singleton, grandchildren, Lakesha Brown, Philemon Singleton, and Letitia Singleton, great-grandchildren, Eric Brown and Jasmine Hornsby, siblings, Ronald Bryant and Shelia Bryant, nephew, nieces, other relatives, and friends.

A Celebration of Life Service will take place on Saturday, September 12, 2026, 1:00PM in the funeral home chapel. A walk-through will take place Friday, September 11, 2026, 6:00PM-8:00PM, in the funeral home chapel.
