Charleston, SC - Mr. Samuel Robert "Big Red" Nicks entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, December 15, 2020.  He resided in Charleston, SC.  He is the beloved father of Timique Nicks, Tameya and Tyler Hazel, and  their mother Tameka Hazel,  A'kara Symone Steeds and Destiny, his siblings; Destia Heyward (Tyrone), Zoe N. Harrell (Chico), other relatives and friends.

The relatives and friends of Mr. Samuel "Big Red" Nicks are invited to attend his walk through on Thursday, December 24, 2020 from 5:00PM-7:00PM in the funeral home chapel. His Celebration of Life service on Saturday, December 26,, 2020 at Noon  Monrovia Cemetery, 1597 Oceanic Street,
