It's with profound sadness and heavy hearts that the Management and Staff of North Area Funeral Home announces the passing of a wife, daughter, sister, granddaughter, and friend , Mrs. Saniyya Jane't Jones-Smalls, 25, of North Charleston, SC departed this life on Sunday, August 4, 2024, to her eternal home in heaven.  She served her country with honor as a Senior Airman in the U.S. Airforce.  The most precious memories of Saniyya will resound in the life of her devoted spouse, Porcha Jones, her parents, Leah Walker and Jonathan Jones, her cherished grandparents, Betty Johnson (Van), Leroy and Ann Smalls, her great-grandparents, Ruthamae Simmons, her siblings, Ila Walker and Darius Smalls, her extended family, Celoncia Melton, and Sylvester Burke, Annie and James Roberts, a host of other uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends are invited to her Celebration of Life services on Saturday, August 24, 2024, at 11:00AM in the funeral home chapel.
