It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that the Management and Staff of North Area Funeral Home along with the Middleton and Small families regretfully announce the peaceful passing of S incere Middleton of North Charleston, SC on Saturday, September 5, 2026.

Sincere will be missed dearly by his family, friends, and everyone whose live he touched. A very intelligent, loving and caring person who showed  kindness to everyone.  His smile was priceless and could brighten any room, and his love for music and dancing was truly unmatched.  His presence was a blessing, and the memories he created with those who loved him will never be forgotten. Although his passing was sudden and heartbreaking, we will continue to keep his memory alive.

The most precious memories of Sincere Middleton will forever resonate in the lives of his  loving parents, Raynard Middleton and Cleo Smalls, other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life Service will take place on Saturday, September 12, 2026, 11:00AM, Empowerment Baptist Church, 2025 Jacksonville Road, North Charleston, SC 29405.  A walk through will take place on Friday, September 11, 2026, 6:00PM-8:00PM, in the funeral home chapel. Funeral service will be live stream @11:00AM on North Area Funeral Home LLC Facebook page.  Sincere will be laid to rest in Bethel A.M.E. Church Cemetery, 1900 Dakota Street, North Charleston, SC 29405.
