It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts we announce the passing of Mrs. Stella Mae Thompson , 67, a resident of North Charleston, SC who departed this life and entered peacefully into eternal rest on Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at her daughter's home. She was the beloved daughter of the late Thompson Jefferson "TJ" Thompson, Sr., and Birda Thompson. Mrs. Thompson is survived by her daughter, Birdea Thompson, those of her siblings; John Thompson, Iris Thompson, Eddie Thompson, Harvey Thompson, Roosevelt Thompson, and T.J. Thompson, other relatives, and friends.

The relatives and friends of Ms. Stella Mae Thompson are invited to attend a walk through on Monday, May 1, 2023, in the funeral home chapel, from 6:00PM-8:00PM. A Celebration of Life Services will be held on Tuesday, May 2, 2023, 12Noon, at Seacoast North Charleston, 5505 North Rhett Avenue, North Charleston, SC 29406 . Ms. Thompson will will be laid to rest in Riverview Memorial Park Cemetery, 3715 Azalea Drive, North Charleston, SC 29405 .
