It's with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of a mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, Ms.Thelma A. Peterson, 63, affectionally known as "LuLu, " of North Charleston, SC who entered eternal rest on Thursday, July 11, 2024. She was proceeded in death by her parents; R.C. and Janette Prather.  LuLu will truly be missed by family and friends, her smile, soft spoken and funny words.  She leaves to cherish her loving memories; one loving daughter, Tasha Ann Peterson (Timothy Bryant, Jr.), three grandchildren; Talaya, Tamya, and Timothy Bryant, III, one sister, Sharon Maxwell, three brothers; Derrick Peterson, Remus Prather, and Earnest Maxwell,  a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends, a special friend, Freddy Campbell are invited to attend her Walk Through on Friday, July 19, 2024, from 6:00PM to 8:00PM in the funeral home chapel.  Her Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, July 20, 2024, 11:00am, North Area Funeral Home Chapel, 4784 Gaynor Avenue, North Charleston, SC 29405.
