James Island - Sanders- Mrs. Thelma L. Sanders entered into eternal rest on the morning of Tuesday, October 26, 2021. She resided at 1609 Westway Drive (Westchester Subdivision), James Island, SC.  The services celebrating the life of Mrs. Thelma L. Sanders, a retired educator, and mother of; Addelle Sanders will be held on Saturday, November 6, 2021, at 11 AM in New Cannon Street Missionary Baptist Church, Charleston, SC.  Mrs. Sanders will be laid to rest in Bethesda Missionary Baptist Church, Georgetown, SC.  A walk through will be held on Friday afternoon, November 5, 2021, from 4-7PM, in the chapel of North Area Funeral Home, Inc. (There will be no family hour). Mrs. Sanders will repose in New Cannon Street Baptist Church on Saturday morning from 10 AM until the hour of her Eulogistic Services.  Due to COVID-19; everyone is required to wear a face mask and practice social distancing.  Arrangements are announced by NORTH AREA FUNERAL HOME, 4784 Gaynor Ave, N.
