The most precious memories of Mr. Tommy E. Ross will resound in the life of his children, Margaret White, Thomas Kelly, Michael Kelly, and Ricky Kelly, his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, those of his siblings, Bertha McCray, Gustina Mentos, Earl D. Johnson, Sr., Allen Johnson, Deborah Kornegay, Sharon Johnson, and Linda Rowell, a host of nieces, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

His Celebration of Life service will take place on Saturday, September 13, 2025, 12:00PM, at North Area Funeral Home Chapel, 4784 Gaynor Avenue, North Charleston, SC 29406.
