North Charleston - Simmons - Mrs. Yvonne Bennett Simmons gain her wings on Monday, February 15, 2021.  She was the beloved wife of Mark Simmons, her loving daughter; Rhonda Simmons, step son; Romello Middleton, siblings;  Joann June (Leroy), Marva Bennett, Gussie Bennett (Karen), Katie Mae Fields(Gary), Walter Bennett, Thelma Bennett Allen, and Reggie Bennett (Sylvia), in-laws;  Anthony Simmons(Juanita), Jeffrey Simmons(Janetta), Mary Simmons ( Dec. Elias), Angela Bryant (Timothy), Antonia Simmons (Samantha), Wardina Johnson (Jerry) , and Calvin Simmons( Rochelle), aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews,  other relatives and friends. She resided in North Charleston, South Carolina.

The relatives and friends of Mrs. Yvonne Simmons are invited to attend her walk through on Friday, February 19, 2021 from 6:00PM-8:00PM at  Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church, 5885 Rivers Avenue, North Charleston, SC 29406.  Her graveside service on  Saturday, February 20, 2021 at 1:00 pm at Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church, 5885 Rivers Avenue, North Charleston, SC 29406, Rev. Dr. Timothy R. Simmons, Pastor.  She will be laid to rest in Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.  Due to COVID-19; everyone is required to wear a face mask and practice social distancing.  Arrangements by NORTH AREA FUNERAL HOME, 4784 Gaynor Ave, N.
